Gaëtan Gromer

Gaetan Gromer is a sound artist. He jointly conducts an activity of musical creation, sound installations and performances. Since 2009, he is managing the artistic direction of the collective for technological arts Les Ensembles 2.2.
His great interest in interdisciplinarity leads him to multiply collaborations with artists such as Maria La Ribot, Philippe Boisnard, Paul Hossfeld, Germain Roesz, Zahra Poonawala, Sylvie
Villaume, Léo Henry, Stéphane Perger, etc.
He is one of the winner of the European Award for Digital Arts Imagina Atlantica 2012 in Angoulême and he has written the music of Juste l’embrasser by Samuel Henry, winner of the SABAM Award at the Bruxelles International Fantastic Film Festival in 2008.
He regularly performs and exhibits in his home city Strasbourg (Shadok, le Maillon, Pôle Sud, Ososphère and Artifacts festivals, etc...), but also, inter alia, at the MAMCO of Geneva, at the e-Werk of Freiburg, at the CAC of Vilnius, at the Saint-Dié Museum, at the Fernet Branca Fondation in Saint-Louis, at the Centre Database in Angoulême, at the street art festival Coup de Chauffe in Cognac, at the Poetry House of Saint-Quentin, at the Digital Life festival in Roma, at the Electric Nights of Athens, etc.
